These Terms apply to the Chaturanga Applications in Apple Store and Google Play.

1. Acceptance of terms of service

1.1. By using Chaturanga Application on your devices you agree to these terms of service. If you don’t agree to these terms of service, please do not use Chaturanga applications. You agree to accept notice of posting the new terms on www.chaturanga-app.com/terms-of-service/

1.2. Treat astrology right. It's always about probability. Besides stars, planets and karma our lifes depend on many things. The astrologer gives you reading but none besides you is responsible for the final decision.

2. Profile Information Processing

2.1. Chaturanga app is designed to communicate with astrologers. When you fill your profile and ask the question we share your profile data with our astrologers so they can build your natal chart and provide you reply.

2.2. When you contact Chaturanga, we may keep a record of your communication to help solve any issues you might be facing faster. We may use your email address to inform you about upcoming changes or improvements.

2.3. We respect your privacy and do not tolerate spam, so we will never send you unsolicited email nor sell, rent, lease or give away your information to any third party unless one of the following circumstances applies: For external processing. We provide personal information to trusted businesses or persons to process it for us, based on our instructions and in compliance with our Privacy Policy.
For legal reasons. if it is reasonably necessary in order to:
* meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request.
* enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations.
* detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues.

2.4. We may share aggregated, non-personally identifiable information publicly and with our partners – like publishers, advertisers or connected sites.

3. Reservation of rights

3.1. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or any part of App or Site, with or without notice, and/or to establish general guidelines and limitations on their use.

3.2. We reserve the right to ignore questions which in our sole judgement may concern to any crime or which we treat as a spam.

4. Choice/opt-out
If you would like to be removed from our database, please let us know via Technical support option in the App.
